Curiosity is where the magic happens because you can listen and perceive from an expansive and love filled place.
Curiosity keeps us in a state of presence and allows the chemistry in our body to support being receptive and able to co-regulate. To co-create awareness.
That presence lets us sense and witness the subtle and dynamic experience happening within so that we can respond in a way that is equally dynamic. It’s like witnessing a whole universe in another being.
In the act of witnessing, we are already facilitating change. The being has been SEEN and cannot be unseen.
We are on this journey of curiosity together and it’s a beautiful one
