Where your eyes and your heart go the horse will follow!

Your eyes and heart are an amazing way to communicate the direction you wish to travel while riding/dancing with your horse! Both of these parts of you influence the movement of your centerline. When you allow your eyes and heart to gently look in the direction you want to go it signals your spine to spiral in that direction and influences the movement throughout your whole body to support this. The horse can feel this movement and allows them to create the same spiral in their body, helping them keep their balance as you travel together.
