Purpose
I used to think my purpose was tied to the career that I had or the things that I did in the world. A few years ago, while in Costa Rica, I had the chance to explore my purpose with the help of the ocean and she shared with me that our purpose isn’t necessarily defined by our work or title but rather by the energetic essence within us.
It is sparked and brought to life when we allow ourselves to be curious, creative and present with love.
It’s a way of being that honors your inner wisdom and trust that lets you fully express yourself, no masks needed.
I discovered my purpose is to help other beings reignite the spark of inner knowing within them, empowering them to live from their true essence and radiate their unique MAGIC just by being my unique self. This new understanding was so freeing and filled with a new expansive potential because no matter what was happening in my life I could express my essence and love.

What excites you?
What could you talk about for hours but it feels only minutes have passed?
Drop into a memory when you felt most alive. What are you seeing, feeling, tasting, hearing, exploring, smelling and envisioning?
Allow yourself a few gentle breaths as many as it would drop in and connect to your breath. Then ask your breath “What does it need to feel at ease, peace and serenity within you?”
If it feels safe and comfortable to do so, next, drop in and ask your body what allows it to feel expansive, spacious and creative?
When you close your eyes and ask your body what your true essence is like, allow as many senses to speak as possible.
These questions take you from a place of doing to a place of being in your body to help reveal a spectrum of curiosity and sensations so that you can start to hone an awareness of your essence.
