As women we are the care takers and givers of the world. It’s is an amazing super power that has been bestowed upon us. There is one small or rather large detail that gets overlooked, caring for themselves. You deserve pampering and nourishment too! If your own nourishment isn’t addressed it can lead to health issues, lack of zest for life, disconnection from yourself and many other ripples through out your life. It isn’t selfish to take care of yourself. Self-care means different things to everyone. Refer back to your joy list to remind you of the things that make you feel amazing. Make sure to take into consideration savoring healthy food, getting enough sleep, working out, time in nature, time with loved ones, and time that is just for you!
