Even when it is cold, get moving!
When the weather gets cold keep moving! It helps your body stay fluid and limber. Trust me you will be glad you did. Some ways to get out in the fresh air this season is snow shoeing, skiing, making snow angels, sledding, ice skating and cross country skiing! Whatever you choose have a great time and love this life!
In many places in the mountains they turn golf courses into cross country ski courses and usually have places where you can rent equipment. There are two types of styles. Skate or classic are your choices. Start with classic if it is new to you!
