EASE     GRACE     BREATH    SELF DISCOVERY   GENTLE

Do you want to feel more embodied, move with grace and feel ease in your body?

These are just a few of the ways in which Rolfing ® Structural Integration can help People and Animals!

Rolfing® Structural Integration is a manual rehabilitative therapy that balances and realigns the body. This is achieved by enhancing the connective tissues (Fascia) using movement, light pressure and awareness in the person through education about their body. The fascia is a beautiful communication system in the body that serves to give us form. In general the work is done in a series of sessions. For people this is a ten series.  Each session has a set of goals to facilitate long lasting changes within the person’s body so that they are able to move easier and have an overall increased level of well being.

Once this ease is found within the body new possibilities are presented to the person on a structural and energetic level. The process has the ability to help problems like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, TMJ syndrome, neck pain, headaches, back pain, posture, athletic performance and overall well being. Rolfing® Structural Integration isn’t about the symptoms though, it is about bringing out the best in the person through balancing the body. When the body finds that sense of balance then the pain usually goes away and the true brilliance of the person is able to come to life. When less energy is required to deal with the body going through stress it has a greater capacity to function on other levels.
