Embodiment For Equestrians

When I injured my back it resulted in me loosing connection and  coordination in my body. This was especially true for the connection between my upper and lower body. This didn’t bode well for my ability to ride a horse, let alone walk.  I had to reestablish these neural pathways and communication in my fascial system in order to be able to to do these things again with ease and grace. Even though this presented some big challenges it also gave me a beautiful gift. I got rediscover what it takes to be in your body and find a new sense of mindfulness when in the presence of horses.

This gift I was given was meant to be shared. If you want to discover simple ways to develop a deeper connection to your horse check in with my blog for tips!
