Lauren Harmon

Lauren graduated with honors from Colorado State University with a degree in Equine Science and Agriculture Economics.  She had the intention of going to vet school for equine rehabilitation but after herniating a disc in her lower back she discovered the amazing benefits of Rolfing® Structural Integration.  This prompted her to enroll at the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration where she became a Certified Advanced Rolfer™. While at the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration she discovered that fascia and working with the being was much more than she could have ever expected. Rolfing® Structural Integration isn't just bodywork to simply relieve symptoms. It is about helping people and animals reconnect to themselves and feel movement in their bodies in a way that allows them to experience the world in a more full way!

Lauren's passion for this work isn't just with people, but with animals as well. She specializes in horses. Horses were her first love. She went for a pony ride when she was three and was hooked. Growing up with horses shaped who shaped her future. She went on to compete in the jumpers with a very special horse. This horse changed her life for the better but unfortunately left this world too soon. She does this work in her honor!
